Delivery Policy

Order will be processed and sent within 24-48 hours of placing your order (business hours Mon-Fri).

Delivery times range between 2-5 days for metropolitan areas (QLD, NSW & VIC) and 5-10 days for regional areas and NT, WA & SA.

Remote areas can sometimes take longer based on your local post service.

For Australian deliveries we use Australia Post Regular or for a slightly higher fee  Australia Post Express.

All parcels have a tracking number which will be emailed to you.

If you believe you have not received your order in due time please check first with your local post office that it is not awaiting collection and/or notify us by email or phone 1300 889 293 or 07 55221786

International Orders

All international orders are processed in AUD and freight varies based on weight and location.

We offer two freight options for International orders.
Regular Australia Post International Airmail - This is the most cost effective option, however parcels are uninsured and do not require signature upon delivery so please be aware that if your parcel is delayed or lost we cannot track your order and we will not be held responsible for missing orders.

Australia Post Express Courier International - This option is insured with a tracking number that can be traced and requires signature upon delivery for your security and protection. This is our recommended freight option. 

Freight delivery times depend upon your location

Regular International Airmail average 5-14 business days.
Express Courier International average 3-5 business days.

Credit card is accepted from most countries, however due to increasing online credit card fraud we cannot accept credit card from certain countries. In these circumstances, payment by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) will be required and bank details given on request.
